TESTING 123

If you have ever been to a mic check, you will hear some people use the testing 123 phrase. Now, as a kid, that was prime time for me to make jokes about others. As an adult, I have learned some things and have grown from that. If we are not constantly seeking growth, we are choosing to stay stagnant. The road to 10 is a small step to me needing to stay where I am at. I have been wanting to be a part of something bigger than me, but no group out there is really truthful in what they say they do. So, I developed Running on fuMeS off of the need that I saw within my own community and my personal life.

After laying in a hospital bed for a week and losing the ability to do the things you love, you have a wake-up call pretty quickly. Over the past 2 days, 3 after I posted this, I have walked for fun. Not for work, not because of therapy, but because I wanted to walk. I have a new sense of purpose, and it is the road to 10. I am so determined to make this work that I have reached out to people and businesses that I never would have in my previous years. This is something that has been developing in me for years, and I am excited to execute it.

Now, just like a test, yeah, I took one recently, I have to prepare. I am a colossal procrastinator, so it is hard for me to be so proactive. I should have started this last year, but I am learning. I would never expect one of my students to get everything 100 percent right because I cannot do that myself. I have testing anxiety, so I do see myself freaking out about this test year of accomplishing my goals, but I have support like no other.

I am going to be going live and walking in more public places for others to join me. If you want some merch or to support the cause, please use this link and join me on the road to 10!
